PCB Auto Master-Batch Doser
FEATURES
- Simultaneous automatic feeding for saving manpower, stock of ready-mixing material and keeps material consumption low.
- Two ways material inlet base is designed to ensure more consistent and accurate mixing and to change materials quickly.
- It can dose masterbatch or additive accurately without mixer.
- Using stepping motor to control RPM speed of dosing ensures accuracy.
- Masterbatch hopper is equipped with material shortage alarm for convenient operation.
- PLC and human machine touch panel controller will calculate RPM speed properly and operate automatically by entering the moulding data. It can save up to 20 sets of moulding data.
- Dosing timer (ID series) is used to control the dosing fime to complement the inconsistent material feeding frequency.
- To ensure the colour consistency of product, the RPM of masterbatch doser (ED series) will be controlled simultaneously by the RPM of extruder.
